The KM 8-inch Fabric Cutting Machine (KS-AUV8) is the most popular cutting machine in the garment industry. It’s also called a straight-knife cloth-cutting machine. It has an automatic abrasive belt sharpening. It’s suitable for cutting all kinds of fabrics, from thin materials to thick materials. It is made in Japan (original).
The motor is a high-quality motor that was originally made in Japan. Its excellent cutting ability and low motor temperature ensure a smooth cutting process. The KM 8-inch fabric cutting machine (KS-AUV8) can automatically supply oil from the oil reservoir to the guide metal and crosshead. Also, the internal oil guard keeps other interior parts clean. There is an abrasive belt sharpening device. Just press down the sharpening lever, and the blade can be sharpened automatically to maintain the most suitable edge of the blade.
The thin and flat type of standard cutter reduces resistance, reduces pressure on the material, and the large stroke of the blade helps cut smoothly. The base plate is low and its surface is smooth, allowing materials to move smoothly over it before and after cutting.
